West Brom manager Tony Pulis has refused to rule out a late move for West Ham striker Diafra Sakho.
The Baggies had agreed a £16m deal to sign Sakho earlier this summer and had also agreed personal terms, but the move broke down when medical tests revealed that the Senegalese striker had a back injury.
Sakho has been heavily linked with a departure this summer following the arrivals of attacking trio Andre Ayew, Jonathan Calleri, and Simone Zaza.
West Brom could be in the market for a striker, with Saido Berahino debacle continuing for a third consecutive transfer window. They have also been linked with moves for Napoli striker Manolo Gabbaidini and now-West Ham man Zaza.
Speaking to the Birmingham Mail, Pulis left the door open for the signing of out-of-favour Sakho.
We’ll have to wait and see,
The 26-year-old has scored 19 goals in 49 appearances since joining from Metz in 2014.
