West Ham United have turned down a bid from Championship side Aston Villa for striker Enner Valencia.
The Telegraph report that the Midlands side launched a bid for Valencia only for it to be quickly rejected with Slaven Bilic keen to add strikers before letting others leave.
The Ecuadorian international has struggled since a £12 million move from Mexican side Pachuca in 2014 with the Hammers reportedly looking for a similar figure to let him go.

Earlier on today it was reported that the Midlands side had only expressed an interest in Valencia, but now a bid has been rejected. Villans boss Roberto Di Matteo is looking to add pace to his side as they look for an instant return back to the Premier League.
It is said that Bilic is keen to bring Wilfried Bony to East London on loan until January with Juventus striker Simone Zaza also being considered.
Diafra Sakho is also expected to leave before the window slams shut a week today.
