Championship outfit Aston Villa have expressed an interest in £12 million rated West Ham striker Enner Valencia.
Mail Online Sport’s Simon Jones reports that the Midlands side have tabled their interest for the Ecuadorian international who the Hammers reportedly value at £12 million.
The 26 year old joined West Ham in 2014 after standing out for Ecuador during the 2014 World Cup.

Joining from Pachuca he came with a reputation of scoring goals, but he has failed to truly deliver only netting eight times in 51 appearances since his £12 million move.
Injuries have been a contributing factor to Valencia’s limited game time and has previously been linked with a move to Italian outfit Lazio earlier on in the window.
The interest comes as West Ham turn up their pursuit for attacking options with Andre Ayew and Andy Carroll both on the injury list currently.
Rumours have hotted up that Slaven Bilic is looking at a loan move for Man City’s Wilfried Bony.
