This time next week West Ham will know who they will be facing in the third qualifying round for the Europa League.
West Ham join the likes of AZ Alkmaar, Lille, Spartak Moscow and Gent as a seeded team in the draw. They will be drawn against one of the 29 unseeded teams, including AEK Athens, Brøndby and Slavia Prague.
The first leg is scheduled to be played on the 28th of this month, with the second leg then being played the following Thursday.
Slaven Bilic will be hoping for an improvement on last year’s performance. West Ham scraped through to the third qualification round after beating Birkirkara 5-4 on penalties, before losing 4-3 on aggregate to Astra Giurgiu – after blowing a 2-0 lead with 70 minutes on the clock in the first leg.
Ahead of the Europa League draw, we have attempted to predict the line-up that Bilic will field in the third qualification round game.
