West Ham are several days into their US tour of Seattle and North Carolina and are being put through their paces by the coaching staff to get in shape for tomorrow’s game with the Seattle Sounders – the first outing of pre-season.
We will be covering the game live from Seattle at CenturyLink Field and have been granted access to attend the West Ham’s pre-match training sessions the past few days.
Sofiane Feghouli and Havard Nordtveit join West Ham from Valencia and Borussia Monchengladbach respectively, along with Domingos Quina and Toni Martinez as the Hammers participating in their first activities with the club.
