West Ham United are sitting on the edge of Premier League relegation this season. Not only that but the club’s ownership is set for serious change, regardless of survival, with financial issues needing to be settled in the summer.
Whilst Nuno Espirito Santo tries his best to salvage the Hammers top flight status, the club is looking at options to bring in this summer, with an eye on keeping the costs down. West Ham are expected to sell in the next transfer window, regardless of division, but the amount that will be put back into the playing squad is likely to be at a minimum.
With heavy losses on the horizon, the Hammers are in the market for a number of position, including striker, with the team being linked to a player named as a ‘bargain’.
West Ham eyeing move for Pape Moussa Fall
West Ham are looking into make a move for Senegal forward, Pape Moussa Fall. The 21-year-old is on-loan in Belgium from Ligue 1 side Metz, and has found the 12 times in 29 appearances this season.
According L’Equipe, the French side have named their price at around £5 million, sparking interest from across Europe for the young forward.

Fall worked his way through the academy at Metz and will have now spent the last two seasons out on-loan. This campaign, with RAAL La Louviere is where the 21-year-old has really begun to come to life.
With Metz now relegated in France, they are looking to move on a number of players ahead of a summer rebuild and Fall is on that list. Alongside West Ham, Crystal Palace are also monitoring the player, as well as a number of top flight clubs from across Europe.
Whilst the goal scorer would fit the bill more if the Hammers fall into the Championship, he could be one to watch with the limited funds the Irons have.
