  • West Ham beat Wolverhampton Wanderers 4-0 in the Premier League
  • The win moves the Hammers out of the bottom three
  • Valentin Castellanos and Konstantinos Mavropanos scored the goals

West Ham United took a massive step in the Premier League survival fight as they thumped Wolverhampton Wanderers 4-0. Goals from Konstantinos Mavropanos and Valentin Castellanos saw the Hammers leave the bottom three going into Saturday’s fixtures.

From the goalkeeper to the frontmen, here’s your player ratings.

Player Ratings

Mads Hermansen – 7.0

Honestly did not have much to do after a short spell in the first-half. Solid from Mads Hermansen.

Malick Diouf – 7.0

An indifferent night for El Hadji Malick Diouf but the full back performed as good as anyone.

Axel Disasi – 7.5

Another solid performance from the Chelsea loanee. Never in doubt.

Konstantinos Mavropanos – 9.5

What a return for Konstantinos Mavropanos. Two goals for the big Greek and a clean sheet. It doesn’t get much better.

Kyle Walker-Peters – 7.5

Kyle Walker-Peters kept his place and looked good for it. A solid performance from the defender.

Mateus Fernandes – 7.0

Looked as confident as always but wasn’t the most influential West Ham player tonight.

Tomas Soucek – 7.0

Tomas Soucek did his job today and that’s all he had to. A solid performance.

Crysencio Summerville – 6.5

Crysencio Summerville’s appearance uplifted the team but it was clear he is not fully there yet. More to come from Summerville in the coming games.

Pablo Felipe – 7.5

Slow starter but Pablo Felipe got his assist in Brazilian flair. Still room for improvement but one of his best performances in a Hammers shirt.

Jarrod Bowen – 9.0

The captain led by example. Jarrod Bowen with three assists as he helped the Hammers to three huge points.

Valentin Castellanos – 9.0

Two goals for Valentin Castellanos and no more than he has deserved. Finally given the service in the second-half and made Wolves pay.

Substitutes

With the game all but done as the substitutes arrived, there wasn’t much left for them to do.

Adama Traore – 6.0

Freddie Potts – 6.0

Callum Wilson – 6.0

Soungoutou Magassa – 6.0
