West Ham are on the verge of halcyon days both on and off the field at present.
In truth, life hasn’t been this sweet as a Hammer for many years and there is a growing belief that David Moyes’ side could achieve something truly spectacular.
A combination of shrewd recruitment, strong team spirit, high-quality coaching and a transformation in those existing players has already guided the club to Europa League football.
Part of that turnaround in fortunes has been smart work in the transfer market, in particular the captures of Czech Republic international duo Vladimir Coufal and Tomas Soucek.
Now, as behind the scenes discussions are ongoing that could see Czech billionaire investor Daniel Kretinsky own a stake in the Irons, football expert from the nation, Jiri Hosek, has tipped more arrivals to be forthcoming.
Speaking to Radio Prague International, Hosek suggested one heavily linked forward could be a soo-in to land at the London Stadium.
That’s very true (that Kretinsky buying into West Ham opens the door for the Hammers to sign Czech Republic and Sparta striker Hlozek). West Ham is already enjoying the services of three Czech players – Vladimir Coufal, Tomas Soucek and Alex Kral. Adam Hlozek is very much on the horizon for West Ham.
So far this season, the 19-year-old has scored four and assisted eight goals in 20 appearances across all competitions.

Signing Hlozek would make perfect sense from each and every perspective for the Hammers.
Moyes’ squad is in need of an additional centre-forward option to support Michail Antonio and the club should take advantage of their growing relationship to sign one of the Eastern European nation’s hottest properties.
Valued at £15.3million and under contract until 2024 (Transfermarkt), it would likely take offers in excess of £25million to prize the teenager out of Prague.
