West Ham star Declan Rice is believed to have rejected two contract offers at the east London club this summer.
The central midfielder has been subject to major interest in the past with both Manchester United and Chelsea among the leading contenders.

Unsursirngly, the Irons have reiterated that their star player, who captained David Moyes’ side for the majority of last season, is not for sale at any price.
Currently helping to guide England through into the latter stages of Euro 2020, Rice still has three years remaining on a deal at the London Stadium.

Valued at £58.8million (Transfermarkt), a figure David Moyes suggests would need to be doubled in order to even open discussions about signing Rice, West Ham fans would’ve been dreading this news.
Albeit no immediate danger to the future of the Iron given the length of the contract, an unwillingness to commit further will no doubt be of concern.
As the club is about to set out on a Europa League campaign, key players such as the 21-cap England ace and commitment to the long-term cause will be pivotal to sustained success – something West Ham will need in order to match Rice’s ambitions.
