Former Premier League winner with Arsenal Martin Keown believes a switch to West Ham would be the ‘perfect move’ for Tammy Abraham.
The 23-year-old has been somewhat frozen out at Stamford Bridge since the arrival of German manager Thomas Tuchel, leading to questions over where his future may lie.
Abraham has started just two league games under the ex-PSG boss so far, sidelined for the FA Cup semi-final last weekend also.
As David Moyes prepares to enter the market for a new striker in the summer, with the England man touted as a potential target, Keown told talkSPORT (Friday, April 23, 12.00pm) that a cross London switch could be on the cards.
(West Ham) would be the perfect move for him. Should West Ham have done that (sign Abraham) when Sebastien Haller was allowed to leave in January? West Ham are a little bit bare now at centre-forward. They haven’t got a centre-forward.
The Hammers will no doubt face competition for the Chelsea ace’s signature, with Aston Villa and Leicester City also reportedly interested.
Prior to Tuchel’s appointment, Abraham had been a regular feature under Frank Lampard – netting six league goals before the turn of the year.

Signing anyone from a direct Premier League rival often comes at an inflated cost, and the feeling is this is a deal that would prove no different.
A £40m demand has been mooted, exceeding the six-cap striker’s perceived £36m market value (Transfermarkt).
Monetary matters aside, Abraham would be an impressive coup for the Irons, one Moyes would likely relish the opportunity to work with and help recapture his best form.
