West Ham winger Felipe Anderson has been pictured back in London on social media, only serving to add further fuel to speculation about his future.
The 27-year-old Brazilian attacker appears to be an unwanted man under David Moyes and was shipped out to a doom-bound loan to Portuguese side FC Porto in the summer transfer window.
Far from a revitalising move, the loan spell has seen Anderson falling out of favour in Portugal’s second city too; the Pellegrini-era signing has made just four appearances to date in Liga NOS.
A picture published on social media [via Claret & Hugh] by Anderson’s sister Juliana shows her two brothers Anderson and Julian exercising in a London apartment.
Anderson is curiously donning a West Ham shirt while he exercises and is pictured assisting his brother with a sit-up routine.
An accompanying hashtag roughly translates to ‘quarantined in London together’, indicative that all three siblings have recently travelled to the English capital – despite Anderson himself technically still registered as a Porto player.
Claret & Hugh also notes that the Portuguese outfit is due to play today, with Anderson surely unable to travel freely between Portugal and the UK.
Consequentially, Anderson knows he is again out of the matchday squad.

If it has not been formally triggered already, Anderson may have had his loan spell cut short – even if it is in de facto terms at present.
In terms of development or retaining transfer value, Anderson’s prolonged spell without regular football serves no one.
From West Ham’s perspective, cutting his loan short (in lieu of other loan opportunities elsewhere) could mean that the winger could be re-integrated into Moyes’ plans in some capacity – even a peripheral one.
