Plenty of West Ham fans have had their say on transfer rumours linking them with a possible move for Lyon striker Moussa Dembele.
Having been tentatively credited with an interest in the 24-year-old Frenchman previously, a report from France Football (November 24th, page 4) this week reignited the rumours.
Prior to this season, Dembele has had a fine goalscoring record wherever he has played, including 17 goals in the Scottish Premiership for Celtic during 2016/17. Indeed, former Scotland manager Alex McLeish has hailed the Frenchman as a “born goalscorer“.
However, despite being the catalyst behind Manchester City’s elimination from the Champions League in August, the powerful striker has his detractors among the Hammers faithful, some of whom don’t want to see Dembele at London Stadium anytime soon.
