On 31 December 2018, West Ham United completed the short-term signing of Samir Nasri and many Hammers fans have looked back positively at his time with the club.
Former West Ham manager Manuel Pellegrini recruited the Frenchman, who has 41 caps for his country, to provide an attacking spark for the Hammers for the second half of that season.
The midfielder was a free agent and he made six appearances for the Hammers, providing two assists (Transfermarkt).
After making the move to West Ham, Nasri admitted that he was surprised at the quality of the players in the squad and was impressed by what he was seeing from the players on the training pitch.
The former Arsenal and Manchester City man clearly impressed many Hammers fans with his displays as many of them took to Twitter to show their appreciation to the playmaker.
However, a lot of fans also feel that injury issues spoilt his short stint with the club.
