According to Turkish news outlet Fanatik, West Ham United are interested in signing Liverpool goalkeeper Loris Karius.
Karius is scheduled to return to Anfield this summer after a two-season loan in the Super Lig with Besiktas.
As stated in the report, the Hammers have reportedly been in contact regarding the goalkeeper, who they could try to sign in the summer transfer window.
Karius has kept eight clean sheets in the Turkish top-flight this season, conceding just 29 goals in 25 league appearances (Transfermarkt).
The 26-year-old left the Reds on loan after his terrible display in the UEFA Champions League final against Real Madrid in 2018.
The Reds could be open to letting Karius leave but we feel that West Ham should be looking at a few other Liverpool stars instead of the goalkeeper.
We’ve named a few other players from Jurgen Klopp’s squad who could be of value to the Hammers.
