West Ham midfielder Tomas Soucek will be out for three weeks after picking up an injury against Liverpool, it has been revealed.
The Czech midfielder has a hip injury, as per the Evening Standard, and could be out for over three weeks.
This means that he is unlikely to be in the team until around the tmie of the March international break, and is potentially a huge loss for David Moyes’ side going forward.
He could potentially miss the clashes with Southampton, Arsenal, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Tottenham Hotspur.
Soucek only joined the Hammers on loan in January from Slavia Prague, with West Ham having an option to buy him in the summer.

Soucek has been impressive since joining the Hammers, and several fans took to Twitter to praise him on Monday night for his first-half performance against the Reds.
He has a 6.96 Whoscored score on average from his first couple of matches at the Hammers and has averaged over 19.7 passes a game in his first three matches.
Soucek came off in the clash at Anfield just after half-time, with Spaniard Pablo Fornals coming on in his place.
Fornals grabbed himself a goal at Anfield and could potentially be the man to replace Soucek in the first-team going forwards.
There had been calls for Fornals to be put back into the first-team, especially with David Moyes dropping the Spaniard to the bench recently and this injury could see him get more minutes in the upcoming games.
