West Ham are keen on signing Barcelona’s Moussa Wague on deadline day, and the news has gone down very well with several supporters.
According to The Guardian, the Hammers are interested in bringing the 21-year-old to the London Stadium before tonight’s 11pm deadline.
Spanish outlet Sport, cited by Sports Witness, back up The Guardian‘s claims and even add that Barcelona view West Ham as the best offer ‘economically’.
David Moyes looks set to sign Hull City’s Jarrod Bowen in the final hours of the window after West Ham agreed a deal totalling £22 million for the 23-year-old.
And it now seems as if a defensive addition could also be made in the shape of Wague.
The youngster, who has 14 senior caps for Senegal, has only made one La Liga appearance this season, which came back in November.
The news quickly made its way across social media on Friday afternoon, and these Hammers fans were clearly excited at the possibility of seeing the African defender arrive at the club.
