West Ham look set to pip Crystal Palace to Hull City’s Jarrod Bowen.
And plenty of Hammers fans have been quick to react to the news on social media.
According to The Athletic’s David Ornstein, as of Friday morning, the Hammers have agreed a £22 million deal for the free-scoring forward, who is scheduled to have a medical at lunchtime.
Ornstein claims that a deal would be £14 million with £8 million worth of add-ons for 23-year-old, who has already scored 17 times in all competitions this season.
Bowen’s current Tigers contract runs out at the end of the season, with Hull having the option of extending it for a further 12 months.
However, it appears as if the Championship side will now cash in on Bowen over the coming hours.
As expected, the news regarding West Ham’s move for Bowen had plenty of fans talking online over the last 12 hours, with some reactions available to view below.
