West Ham have reportedly made an offer to sign Chelsea winger Adrian Akande, but they will face competition from Liverpool, Tottenham and Manchester City.
According to All Nigeria Soccer, as cited on Hammers.News, the Chelsea youngster is a man in demand after previously spending time on trial with West Ham.
Scottish champions Celtic are believed to be keen, while German outfit Hoffenheim are also aware of his availability, so can the Hammers secure a deal?

This is not the first time that West Ham have tried to snap up a promising young player from Chelsea.
Creative midfielder Domingos Quina rejected a professional contract with the Blues before making the switch to West Ham.
It would be a big coup for the club to get one of Chelsea’s academy stars on their books and losing these young talents at a young age is something the big clubs are becoming increasingly aware of.
The chances of regular first-team football at such a young age for these players coming through the ranks at Stamford Bridge is so slim, they are becoming more and more willing to move on and West Ham could benefit this time around.
