West Ham fans have expressed their delight at Javier Hernandez’s move away from the club after learning about the finer details of the deal.
Sam Inkersole has reported that the player has taken a “massive pay cut” to join La Liga side Sevilla.
It is claimed that the player was earning a huge £140,000 a week at the London Stadium.
There had been some concerns that the Hammers could be left short in the final third, but these fans on social media are now extremely happy with the deal.

To take off such a sizeable chunk of the wage bill will come as a huge relief to West Ham and their fans, who will be hoping that this move pays dividends when the January window rolls around in a few months time.
Hernandez was only ever going to be a bit-part player this season after the arrival of Haller, something that only highlights the importance of getting him off the wage bill.
It’s a move that really works for both parties. Hernandez has another chance to impress in Spain after his previous stint at Real Madrid, while West Ham move on a big earner.
The only concern is that the Hammers could be left short in the final third, but with Albian Ajeti joining the club over the summer and Xande Silva returning to fitness, Manuel Pellegrini should have enough options to get by.
