West Brom look set to sign West Ham youngster Reece Oxford in a deal worth around £4 million, according to the Daily Star.
New Baggies boss Slaven Bilic is keen to draft in his own players as he looks to rebuild at the Hawthorns next season.

Bilic gave Oxford his chance at West Ham back in the 2015/16 season at the age of 16, with the teenager bursting onto the scene against Arsenal at the Emirates.
The youngster went onto feature seven times that season, however, the defender has since spent time on loan with Reading, Borussia Monchengladbach and most recently Augsburg.
Augsburg wanted to sign Oxford on a permanent deal, however, a proposed deal ended up collapsing which has put West Brom in prime position to sign the defender.
It is no surprise that Oxford is a wanted man by his old manager. Despite not starting regularly under Bilic with the Hammers, the former Croatia boss appears to rate the 20-year-old highly.
And with Baggies defender Craig Dawson being linked with a move away, it could be the perfect move for Oxford, who would more than likely receive a lot of game time at the Hawthorns.
