West Ham have reportedly reached a deal with Fenerbahce to sign their captain Hasan Ali Kaldirim.
That is according to TRT Spor, relayed on Sport Witness, who claim the Hammers have triggered the €5 million release clause in Kaldirim’s contract.
News broke earlier this week that Manuel Pellegrini was interested in taking the Turkish left-back to London Stadium, and it was also thought that the former Kayserispor was keen on the move.
Things seem to have developed quickly since then, with the report suggesting the transfer is set to be concluded after the current international fixtures.

The player is currently with his national team preparing for the EURO Qualifiers against France on 8th June and Iceland on 11th June, meaning it could be announced as soon as Wednesday next week.
The report goes on to say that although the 29-year-old is yet to sign a contract, he is expected to do so ‘in the coming days’.
Should the deal go through, it will bring an end to Kaldirim’s seven-year spell at the Sukru Saracoglu Stadium.
