West Ham target Yacine Brahimi will demand a €6m (£5.3m) signing-on fee ahead of his next move this summer, according to Portuguese outlet Record, relayed by Sport Witness.
The 29-year-old will be a free agent when his FC Porto contract expires at the end of the month, with West Ham, Everton, Real Betis and Marseille all tracking the winger.

The report claims that Brahimi, who has been linked with a move to the Premier League for numerous years, has rejected a move to Turkish giants Fenerbahce.
And any potential buyers will reportedly have to meet the player’s high demands, which includes a €6m signing-on fee and a €14m contract spread across three years.
Hammers boss Manuel Pellegrini looks set to be active in the current window, especially in an attacking aspect, so a move to the London Stadium could well be a realistic option.
Despite staggering salary demands, the Hammers could well decide to grant Brahimi’s wishes, especially considering they won’t have to pay a transfer fee to any club for his services.
