The club have revealed that Roberto will join the club on July 1st upon the expiry of his contract with La Liga side Espanyol.
Roberto has put pen to paper on a two-year deal with West Ham, with the option to extend it by a further year if the club chooses.

The 33-year-old will replace Adrian, who is set to leave West Ham at the end of next month. The club have confirmed that Adrian will not be offered a new contract, with his deal on the verge of expiring.
Roberto did not make a single league appearance for Espanyol this season, but did feature six times in the cup competitions.
He joined the club from Olympiacos in 2016, after playing three seasons for the Greek giants – making over 90 appearances.
