West Ham United will begin contract talks with star midfielder Manuel Lanzini in the coming weeks, Football Insider report.
The 26-year-old, who joined the club back in 2016, is out of contract next year, however, the Hammers do have the option to extend the Argentine’s stay until 2022.
However, according to the report, West Ham officials are keen on offering the playmaker a new long-term deal.

Lanzini has missed the majority of the current campaign with a serious knee injury, however, the midfielder returned to the first-team squad in February.
The Hammers star has made just nine appearances this season, with Manuel Pellegrini a big admirer of the player.
In total, Lanzini has made 108 appearances for the club in his four-year stay, scoring 20 times and providing 17 assists.
The Argentine currently earns £70,000-a-week, however, with a new offer being prepared, Lanzini could possibly become one of the Hammers’ top earners next season.
