West Ham are unwilling to let Declan Rice leave the club for less than £70 million, according to exclusive claims from Football Insider.
The England international burst onto the scene last season and has since established himself as a fundamental part of Manuel Pellegrini’s starting line-up.
Rice has been a pivotal player for the Hammers and has stood out among their most impressive performers.

The young midfielder’s displays in the heart of the West Ham team earned him his first ever England call-up and appearances during the most recent international break.
It is understood that the Hammers are reluctant to let their key midfielder depart at any time in the near future, but interest from some of the Premier League’s most prestigious clubs is seemingly gathering.
Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester United and Manchester City are stated as potential suitors in Football Insider’s report, but it seems the trio will all need to stump up at least £70m if they are to lure Rice away from the London Stadium.
