West Ham United are facing stiff competition for transfer target Joao Felix, according to a report on Italian news outlet CalcioMercato.
The report states that Italian Serie A sides Juventus and AC Milan are seriously interested in signing the young attacking midfielder.
Felix has developed into one of Benfica’s most important players this season and he proved this by scoring a crucial goal in the 2-1 away victory over rivals FC Porto last weekend.

The win meant that Benfica leapt to the top of the table at the expense of Porto, with Felix catching the eye with an impressive performance.
There is currently a €120m release clause in Felix’s contract and Benfica want him to sign a new deal which will see the release clause extend to €200m.
Felix has made it clear that it is his dream to play with his Portuguese hero Cristiano Ronaldo, but West Ham will be keeping a close eye on his situation until the end of the season.
Their chances of signing him have been decreased massively, because clubs like Paris Saint Germain, Barcelona, Borussia Dortmund and Monaco are all also said to be interested in Felix, who has scored nine league goals this season.
