Manuel Pellegrini returns to his former club for the first time since Pep Guardiola replaced him at the helm, and will be keen to come away with a surprise result with the Hammers.
The visitors head into this match on the back of a comprehensive 3-1 win against Fulham on Friday night.
City, meanwhile, won the Carabao Cup after overcoming Chelsea via a penalty shootout at Wembley Stadium on Sunday evening. They’ll be desperate to continue their push to retain the Premier League title.
Manuel Lanzini is likely to remain on the bench, but Pellegrini sees his side’s injury woes begin to alleviate. Fabian Balbuena and Winston Reid are not yet ready for this clash, but both have begun light training.
