Manchester City and Borussia Dortmund are set to go head-to-head for the signature of West Ham’s Reece Oxford.
Reports have credited both teams with an interest in signing the Englishman should he leave the London Stadium in the near future.
Oxford has been heavily linked with moves away from West Ham after failing to break into Manuel Pellegrini’s plans.
Borussia Monchengladbach have been long-term admirers of the player, but Dortmund and Manchester City are now chasing his signature.

Oxford has previously spent time on loan in the Bundesliga and has clearly done enough to impress there, despite not being a regular for Gladbach during his brief stint in Germany.
Manchester City have also been known to be keeping an eye on his contract situation at West Ham.
With City light in the defensive midfield position, the opportunity to land a young English prospect on the cheap could be an offer too good to turn down.
