West Ham will not face any competition from Milan for the signature of Chelsea defender Gary Cahill.
Gazzetta dello Sport claims that Milan have targetted both Cahill and his Chelsea team-mate Andreas Christensen ahead of the January transfer window.
Both players are out of favour at Stamford Bridge and have been linked with January exits.

However, Christensen who is 11 years Cahill’s junior is the favoured option for Milan.
West Ham have also registered an interest in the ex-England international with Manuel Pellegrini facing his own defensive headaches
Cahill has been told that he can leave Chelsea during the January window after failing to break into Maurizio Sarri’s plans.
The club captain has found game time hard to come by with the Italian head coach preferring to use both David Luiz and Antonio Rudiger.
