As many as five teams are said to be interested in signing Declan Rice in January, with Arsenal, Everton, Liverpool, Manchester City and Borussia Dortmund all being linked.
According to a report in the Express, the young West Ham star is stalling on signing a new deal at the club, alerting a number of teams about his availability.
Rice is said to be picking up a salary of £3,500-a-week at the Hammers and has rejected their offer of a new contract worth around £20,000-a-week as he thinks he can get better terms.

Whilst a move for Rice wouldn’t technically be free as the Hammers would likely get a compensatory fee, bringing in one of the best young midfielders in the Premier League is an appealing prospect, hence why there is so much interest in Rice.
West Ham are keen to convince the midfielder that his future lies at the London Stadium but as of yet, they’ve been unable to get him to put pen-to-paper on a new deal.
