Marko Arnautovic is set to give Manuel Pellegrini a huge fitness boost with the news that he will be fit enough to face Chelsea this weekend.
The London Evening Standard reports that the Hammers are confident Arnautovic will be given the green light to face the Premier League leaders despite coming off against Everton with an injury.
There were concerns about the player’s chances for the Chelsea game following the knee injury, but that forward appears fit enough to feature.

The report does not specify if the Austrian is going to be fit enough to start or come off the bench, but his availability will be a huge boost to West Ham, as Manuel Pellegrini goes in search of back-to-back wins for the first time this season.
It is not such good news for Jack Wilshere, who is now facing six weeks out of action.
Arnautovic has quickly emerged as West Ham’s talisman once again this season and his performance will be key if the Hammers want to get a result on Sunday.
