Alex McLeish has called up Robert Snodgrass to the Scotland squad after West Brom winger Matt Phillips withdrew through injury.
The Belfast Telegraph reports that McLeish has acted quickly in calling up the West Ham winger.
Phillips was expected to feature for McLeish’s men after an impressive start to the season with West Brom but has now not been deemed fit enough to feature.

Snodgrass himself has been ever-present for West Ham this season. He appears to have found a place in Manuel Pellegrini’s plans after his time on loan at Aston Villa last season.
Many had expected Snodgrass to return to Villa Park over the summer or leave West Ham on a permanent basis, but he has been a regular in the West Ham squad during Pellegrini’s time at the club.
However, it has not been a happy return with the Hammers losing all of their opening four games of the season.
