West Ham United have reportedly made a club-record move to sign Alassane Plea from OGC Nice this summer.
The Hammers are keen to strengthen their attacking options ahead of next season and according to Sky Sports reporter Kaveh Solhekol, they have made a huge bid of £27m for Plea.

A number of clubs across Europe are understood to be keen on acquiring Plea this summer, but West Ham have made a substantial bid for the player and at a valuation which was quoted as Nice’s asking price.
Manuel Pellegrini is set to add a striker to his West Ham squad for next season as he aims to help the club build on their narrow escape from relegation last term.
Plea found the net on 20 occasions in all competitions last term and has overcome injury woes in previous years to flourish in his homeland of France.
