West Ham’s negotiations with Lazio regarding the acquisition of Felipe Anderson have been slightly delayed, according to Italian news outlet Di Marzio.
The Hammers are closing in on the signing of the impressive Brazilian attacker, with a transfer expected to be completed in the not-so-distant future.
Lazio are understood to be open to selling Anderson and it seems West Ham are leading a host of potential suitors in the race for his signature ahead of next season.

However, according to Di Marzio, talks are only progressing at a slow pace right now, with disagreements still prevailing with regards to the cost of the deal.
It’s claimed that Lazio are looking to take €35 million from the sale of Anderson, along with a further €5m in additional bonuses – a price West Ham are said to be unwilling to meet.
The Hammers are desperate to recruit Anderson and are thought to be prepared to splash the cash to close a deal. However, it seems further negotiations will need to take place if this one is to be pushed over the line.
