West Ham are reportedly yet to reach an agreement with Issa Diop ahead of his impending move from Toulouse this summer.
It’s believed that the Hammers have agreed a deal in principle with Toulouse regarding the transfer of Diop but it seems, according to YS, as cited by GFFN, terms between the club and the player have not been settled.

Manuel Pellegrini has looked to complete transfer business in swift fashion following his arrival at the club and negotiations for Diop appear to have been progressing well.
However, there is seemingly still work to be done for West Ham, as competition grows in the race for Diop’s signature.
A number of top clubs across Europe have eyed a swoop for the young centre-back, including Borussia Dortmund, but the Hammers appear to be advancing in their pursuit of the player.
Any deal for Diop is likely to cost in excess of £20 million, with Pellegrini out to significantly bolster his defensive options this summer.
