West Ham could be forced to pay more than €20m for Javier Pastore this summer, according to ESPN.
Earlier reports indicated that the Hammers were in negotiations with PSG over a deal to sign Pastore. However, the fresh claims state that the Argentine international is at this stage unaware of any negotiations.
Pastore sees his contract with the Ligue 1 champions expire at the end of next season, meaning that PSG could be tempted to cash-in on the player this summer.

However, if ESPN’s sources are to be believed, it will take a fee worth more than €20m to convince PSG into a summer sale.
Pastore has been used sporadically in recent times, with PSG boasting immense squad depth in the attacking areas. This prompted talk of a potential move away for the player, but big money will need to be coughed up, it seems.
West Ham want to add creative talent to the ranks ahead of next season but they’ll evidently need to splash the cash if they are to recruit Pastore.
