West Ham are reportedly interested in signing Toulouse centre-back Issa Diop, according to SportWitness.
The Hammers sent scouts to watch Toulouse play away at Bordeaux towards the end of last season under then-manager David Moyes, a game which ended in a 4-2 loss for Toulouse.
West Ham are still reportedly interested in Diop despite their recent change of manager.
It is believed that Diop will be seen as a replacement for James Collins, who has been released by West Ham after 11 years of service over two spells playing in claret and blue.

Diop, aged just 21, is a France Under-21 international and has made almost 40 appearances for the side.
Diop is aware that a move to the Premier League could help further his development and is interested in the thought of joining West Ham.
However, the Hammers are not alone in wanting to bring him to England, with Everton and fellow London club Crystal Palace also apparently keen on the young Toulouse captain.
