West Ham are ready to offer Danny Drinkwater a chance to escape Chelsea in the summer, report HITC.
Drinkwater moved to Chelsea last summer for £35 million but has struggled for game time and he now wants to leave after becoming frustrated with the situation.
Starting just 12 games in all competitions for the Blues, his chances of making the England squad for the World Cup this summer appear bleak at best.
The Hammers have been alerted to the midfielder’s frustration at Chelsea and are willing to pay the £30 million asking price.
David Moyes will want to strengthen West Ham in midfield after they have often been overrun in the middle of the pitch this season.

Bringing the 28-year-old to the London Stadium would make him their record signing, and would also add one of the Premier Leagues most consistent players over the past few years.
If Moyes could get the former Manchester United youth player back to the form he showed when Leicester won the league in 2016, it would work out as one of the best bits of business West Ham have done in recent times.
