West Ham youngster Moses Makasi’s loan spell at League One side Plymouth Argyle has come to a premature end following knee surgery, as reported by the club’s official website.
Makasi, who plays in the centre of midfield, joined the Pilgrims in January and made seven appearances, scoring once on his first start for the club.
During his time at the club, he helped Derek Adam’s men climb into the play-offs, however, they have now slipped out of the top six.

A positive for them is that they have two games in hand on a number of their promotion-chasing rivals, so all is not lost.
The 22-year-old returned to the Hammers to undergo surgery on his right knee last Thursday, and he posted an update on his personal Instagram account.

The loan spell was his first experience of first-team football, although he did feature in three Checkatrade Trophy group games for the Hammers earlier this campaign.
