West Ham are reportedly ready to keep David Moyes at the London Stadium beyond this season and are willing to put him in charge of the club’s transfers, according to The Times.
The club’s owners have abandoned the plans to appoint a Director of Football and are putting their faith in the former Everton and Manchester United boss.
It is believed that the contract offer will only be given to the Scot once the Hammers are mathematically safe from relegation.
Moyes replaced Slaven Bilic in November, with West Ham in a serious relegation scrap, and has lead them to be all but safe now.

Following the 1-1 draw with Stoke City, the Hammers are now seven points ahead of Southampton, who occupy the last relegation spot, with fifteen points left to play for. However, the club are also only seven points from the top half of the table.
Since taking over, Moyes has seen impressive results such as the routs away at Stoke City and Huddersfield Town, the home win over Chelsea and the draw away at Wembley to Tottenham.
However, bad results against Burnley, Swansea and League One Wigan Athletic have put doubts in the minds of some West Ham fans as to whether he is the best man for the job.
Despite the concerns, it looks as if Moyes will be at the London Stadium for a bit longer and it seems like he will have money to spend in the transfer window, and he’ll be in charge of who comes in and out of the club.
