West Ham United have been fined £30,000 after admitting a breach of the Football Association’s anti-doping regulations, as reported by BBC Sport.
West Ham failed to provide accurate ‘club whereabouts’ information on three different occasions in the space of 12 months.
Premier League clubs have to provide accurate details of their training sessions and the loaction of their players so that they can be randomly tested, but West Ham failed to do this.

The Hammers are in a relegation dogfight at the bottom of the Premier League table as they currently sit two points above the drop zone with just nine games remaining.
A club spokesperson spoke about the situation following the charge:
The club accepts the charge and we will endeavour to tighten our procedures to avoid this happening again. The breach related to administrative oversights on the FA’s whereabouts system, where for example a player’s address had been registered and the house number digits transposed. We would like to reiterate that the breach was a club administrative matter and did not concern any of our players.
