West Ham youngster Domingos Quina is loving life at West Ham under David Moyes, as he featured for more than 80 minutes in the narrow 1-0 loss at the Emirates to Arsenal in the Carabao Cup quarter-final.
That was the 18-year-old’s first start for the Hammers, featuring twice before this season but only as substitutes in the previous League Cup games against Cheltenham Town and Bolton Wanderers, but not in the Wembley comeback against Tottenham Hotspur.
He is also featuring regularly for the Portugal U-19’s and U-20’s side, playing all four games during the last two international breaks.

His impressive performances have seen him linked with a move away from the London Stadium already, to Anfield and Liverpool, but he remains committed to West Ham.
In an interview, Quina hinted to the Evening Standard that he wants to stay at the club and break into the first-team squad.
I’ll be training hard to get the opportunity and be more involved in the games.
(On his Premier League debut) That’s the big one. I don’t know when it’s going to happen, obviously, but I’ll be ready for it.
Andre [Ayew] and Chicharito also said to me ‘We know you have the quality to play here, so go out and enjoy yourself. You’re here for a reason, so be responsible and do what you can’ and I thought I did that.
