Several Premier League clubs have been touted with interest in Manchester City striker Kelechi Iheanacho in recent times, but West Ham appear to be leading the chase having made an official offer, according to Sky Sports.

The Nigerian striker has been starved of consistent first team opportunities this season under Pep Guardiola, with striking duo Sergio Aguero and Gabriel Jesus ahead of him in the pecking order. City are blessed with exceptional quality up front and through no fault of his own, Iheanacho is struggling to get a look-in.
This has led to speculation surrounding his future, with it being claimed that it will take a somewhat lowly fee of £20m to lure him away from the Etihad Stadium this summer.
Southampton and many Bundesliga sides had been credited with interest by the player himself’s agent, but it seems as though the Hammers are the side most keen to bring the young forward to the London Stadium this summer.
