West Ham to sign Mario Mandzukic in summer?

West Ham are signing Mario Mandzukic next season according to Onder Ozen, who previously served as Director of Football of Turkish club Besiktas.

Ozen is a good friend of West Ham boss Slaven Bilic, having worked with him at Besiktas.

It has been reported that Mandzukic is a priority target for the Hammers as they try to find someone with some firepower to improve their finishing in front of goal.Andy Carroll, West Ham’s target

Reporters are unsure whether Ozen was speaking ‘off the cuff’ or whether he was implying some advice for Bilic.

However, there are some doubts towards this transfer as Mandzukic is getting game time for current club Juventus, and there are questions being asked as to whether he would leave a team performing so well in the Champions League.
