West Ham have reportedly joined the race to sign wantaway Napoli striker Manolo Gabbiadini.
The Hammers are looking to bolster their attacking options after the departure of loanee Simone Zaza and the Dimitri Payet debacle, which has yet to reach a conclusion.

According to talkSPORT, West Ham face stiff competition from fellow Premier League sides Leicester City, Southampton, Watford and West Brom for the 25-year-old’s signature.
Gabbiaidini has scored five times in 19 appearances this term but previously made it clear that he wants to move somewhere that can offer him regular game-time.

The player’s agent revealed last week that Gabbiadini would complete a move to either the Bundesliga or the Premier League in the next two weeks.
All will be arranged for Gabbiadini by next week at the latest. This decision has now been taken in agreement with Napoli. He will be going to one of those two leagues, and could do well in both.
Gabbiadini joined Napoli from Serie A outfit Sampdoria in January 2015 for a fee of €12.5m (£10.8m) and, despite failing to impress during his time at Stadio San Paolo, is expected to be sold for a figure in the region of double that price.
