According to the Express (h/t SportsMole), West Ham are interested in bringing Chelsea midfielder, Ruben Loftus-Cheek to the club on loan.
The youngster has struggled since the arrival of Antonio Conte and he has only managed one Premier League appearance under him. Although he hasn’t had much game time it is understood that Chelsea will not listen to any permanent offers for Loftus-Cheek as they value him as one of their best youngsters. However, they are willing to let the England U21 International go out on loan to gain some experience.
After a bad start to the season, West Ham are looking to reinforce in key positions, with centre midfield being one of them. According to the Express, West Ham manager, Slaven Bilic is a big fan of Loftus-Cheek and it is understood that he will battle with other top clubs to secure the signing of the Englishman.
Loftus-Cheek was more involved last season making 17 appearances under Jose Mourinho, he now feels as though he deserves some more regular playing time.
