It’s fair to say that Simone Zaza’s start to his West Ham career has not gone according to plan.
The Italian, who is on loan from Juventus, has not played well in his limited appearances so far and there are already fans who are hoping that the move is not made permanent in the summer.
They may get their wish if reports from Italy are to be believed as there are suggestions that Valencia are looking to sign him in January.

Cesare Prandelli is keen to add a striker to his squad and has apparently identified his fellow countryman Zaza as the man he wants.
According to a report from La Gazzetta dello Sport, Prandelli has instructed García Pitarch, Valencia’s director of football, to get in touch with Juventus and try to negotiate a deal that will see the 25-year-old make the move to the Mestalla.
West Ham would have to agree to such a move, but they may choose to do so if they don’t want to keep Zaza permanently.
