West Ham are currently locked in talks with Besiktas regarding a payment play for Gokhan Tore, according to Turkish source Haber 1903.
The clubs have reportedly come to an agreement on the transfer fee, a rumoured £12m, and now a payment plan is being devised – initial fee, number of instalments, time period, etc.
The report from Haber goes on to state a ‘very important development’ in the Tore saga is ‘certain’ this week. Hopefully, this time, the claims from Turkey are true.

It is thought that the 24-year-old has already agreed a contract worth €1.6million (approximately £1.3million) per year [£25,000-a-week], putting him on par with Michail Antonio and Aaron Cresswell – before they signed their bumper new deals this week.
Last month Tore made his desire to reunite with Slaven Bilic at West Ham public, stating: “I have a contract until 2019 at Besiktas, but I completed my mission here. If they meet my fee, I want to play at West Ham.”
