West Ham have tabled a second loan bid for Besiktas winger Gokhan Tore, according to Turkish source Haber 1903.
The Hammers have proposed a season-long loan with a loan fee of €3million and the option to make Tore’s move permanent for €10million next summer. Besiktas ‘management’ will now hold a meeting regarding the offer and whether to accept or reject West Ham’s latest approach.
This news comes just four days after FutbolArena (another Turkish source) claimed West Ham had agreed to pay €13million for Tore. The report had no mention of a loan move and even claimed Tore had agreed personal terms, worth £25,000-a-week, with the Hammers.

Earlier this week The Express understood the confirmation of Tore’s transfer would come next week, though the latest from Turkey is that their offer is still under consideration. Slaven Bilic is keen to get the deal over the line as soon as possible.
