Wolfsburg have tabled an €18million bid for West Ham target Simone Zaza of Juventus, according to Sky Italia.
Zaza is currently away with the Italian national team at Euro 2016 and is being tracked by scouts from across Europe, including Valencia, Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen, as well as West Ham.
There is plenty of interest in the 24-year-old, but so far there has been just one formal approach for Zaza – Wolfsburg’s. Sky Italia, via Football Italia, have revealed the Wolfsburg bid is €18million plus bonuses, which could take the deal up to €20million eventually.

The Italian struggled to maintain a regular place in the title-winning side this season as he made only 19 appearances all season, scoring five times – four of which were off the bench as he earned the tag ‘impact sub’ – not something strikers are overly keen on.
Zaza is unhappy with his squad role at Juventus and would welcome a summer move, though he may be wary of a Bundesliga move following Ciro Immobile’s switch to Borussia Dortmund.
